A proposal to rezone 109 hectares in Golden Grove has progressed, opening the door to 1,500 new homes and nearly 4,000 residents. Council will now investigate the significant impacts on traffic, bushfire safety, infrastructure and the surrounding community.

August 2019 marked major progress at Onkaparinga Views, with road construction, site preparation and block levelling well underway. This construction update captures the transformation as the masterplanned community takes shape, bringing the vision for Hackham’s future neighbourhood to life.

The Onkaparinga Views television campaign delivered outstanding results, generating strong demand for land in this brand new community. Today, the project stands as a completed and vibrant neighbourhood, with residents already settled and thriving.
