Development approval granted for Golden Grove

YAS Property & Development is pleased to announce a significant milestone for Amberleigh, our new masterplanned community at Golden Grove, with the City of Tea Tree Gully granting Planning Consent and Land Division Consent for the first 160 allotments.

The approval, received in September 2026, represents an important step forward in bringing Amberleigh to life and follows years of detailed planning, investigation and collaboration across the project.

From planning to delivery

The milestone follows the successful progression of the Golden Grove Neighbourhood and Golden Grove Master Planned Code Amendments, which established the planning framework for a major new residential community in this highly sought after part of Adelaide's north east.

The rezoning process involved extensive technical investigations and consultation across areas including transport, stormwater, environmental noise, air quality, landscape planning and infrastructure. The resulting planning framework provides for new housing, open space, pedestrian and cycling connections and coordinated infrastructure delivery.

Receiving approval for the first 160 allotments marks the transition from years of strategic planning into the next stage of delivering the community itself.

Amberleigh has been designed as a natural continuation of Golden Grove, one of Adelaide's most established and recognised masterplanned communities.
