YAS Property & Development has officially launched Amberleigh at Golden Grove, marking a major milestone for one of Adelaide's newest masterplanned residential communities.
Held on Sunday 1 November 2026 at Harpers Field, the highly anticipated Amberleigh Launch Event brought together more than 100 project VIPs and approximately 1,000 members of the public for a day of celebration, community engagement and an exclusive introduction to the new development.
With strong attendance, an enthusiastic response from prospective purchasers and all 20 allotments in the first land release now on hold, the event marked an outstanding start for the project.
A Milestone Occasion for Golden Grove
The launch represented the culmination of years of planning, design and preparation by YAS Property & Development and its project partners to bring the Amberleigh vision to life.
The event was attended by The Hon Rhiannon Pearce MP, Member for King and Minister for Emergency Services, Local Government, and Recreation, Sport and Racing, alongside Mayor Marijka Ryan of the City of Tea Tree Gully.
Adelaide television presenter and sports journalist Tom Rehn hosted the event as Master of Ceremonies, welcoming guests and guiding the day's proceedings.
The strong turnout reflected significant local interest in Amberleigh, with prospective buyers, families and members of the broader Golden Grove community coming together to learn more about the development and its future.
Bringing the Amberleigh Vision to Life
Designed to become a vibrant new residential community in Adelaide's north-east, Amberleigh will deliver more than 1,000 residential allotments within an established and highly sought-after location.
The masterplanned development will bring new housing opportunities to Golden Grove, with an emphasis on open spaces, lifestyle and community connections.
At the launch event, 22 participating builders showcased their home designs and building options, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the possibilities for their future homes.
Homecorp Finance was also in attendance, providing prospective purchasers with access to information about financing their land purchase and building journey.
Together, the displays offered visitors an opportunity to move beyond the masterplan and begin imagining what life at Amberleigh could look like.
A Celebration for the Whole Community
Beyond the property displays and land release information, the event was designed to welcome the wider community and celebrate the beginning of a new chapter for Golden Grove.
Guests enjoyed complimentary wood-fired pizza, a traditional sausage sizzle and ice cream throughout the day, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for families and visitors of all ages.
The scale of the attendance, together with the enthusiastic engagement from visitors, demonstrated the level of interest in the development and the importance of connecting with the community from the very beginning.
For YAS Property & Development, the event was not simply about launching land sales. It was an opportunity to introduce the people, partnerships and vision behind Amberleigh, and to begin building a community around the project.
Strong Demand for the First Land Release
The market response to Amberleigh's official launch has been particularly encouraging.
All 20 allotments offered in the first release are now on hold, demonstrating strong early demand for land within the new development.
Following this successful introduction, two further land releases were scheduled to come to market in the week following the event, providing additional opportunities for purchasers looking to secure their place at Amberleigh.
